Contractor’s Success Pathway
- Assessment: The Assessment stage entails identifying the client’s existing resources, exploring potential opportunities, and establishing, and client goals and benchmarks.
- Pathway Focused/ Track Designed Coursework: Following our assessment, we will assign clients to an appropriate pathway, and series of coursework, while also tracking client success, and adjusting as needed.
- Counseling and Follow-Up Assistance: We begin to evaluate clients’ success in ULC programs, and then, we finalize plans for the next step or check-ins.
- Strategic Network: We understand the importance of healthy relationships. Contractors will have the opportunity to earn referrals using our strategic community-based connections and partners.
